These enhanced shingles roofing warranties apply to qualifying roofing systems. Flat and low-slope roofing products have separate warranty terms based on the membrane, system, property type, and manufacturer.

We work with shingles roofing systems and low-slope, flat roofing systems. For pitched residential roofs, we install products from GAF, Owens Corning, and CertainTeed. Flat and low-slope systems may be more appropriate for properties where shingles cannot provide the required drainage or weather protection.

Our roof inspections consider the roof’s slope, existing layers, drainage, flashing, penetrations, shared walls, and deck condition before we recommend a repair or replacement system.

Many pitched-roof homes use GAF Timberline® HDZ™ or Owens Corning TruDefinition® Duration® architectural roof shingles because they combine dimensional appearance, dependable fastening technology, weather performance, and value. GAF Slateline® and Camelot® II designer roof shingles offer a more pronounced, slate-inspired profile for homeowners who want the roof to become a larger part of the exterior design.

Properties with flat or low-slope roof sections require a system designed to manage standing water, seams, drains, scuppers, and roof penetrations rather than standard asphalt shingles.

Many full shingles roof replacements take one to two days. Flat roofing projects, larger multifamily properties, limited staging space, closely spaced buildings, multiple roof levels, drainage repairs, or deteriorated decking can require additional time.

We evaluate site access and the complete roof assembly before establishing the schedule, then fully communicate our estimated timeline and any updates throughout the project to the homeowner.
