He took the time to carefully inspect my attic from one side to the other, as well as examine the roof from all angles outside. Based on his detailed inspection, he provided recommendations backed by his experience and expertise, which gave me confidence in moving forward.The team was professional, punctual, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The work was completed efficiently and the quality of the installation was excellent. They also did a thorough job cleaning up afterward, which I really appreciated.The new roof looks fantastic, and we feel confident in the workmanship. SECI Construction Inc. just completed roof and gutters installation on my property. First of all - the estimation process done by Edi was smooth and painless, differences between different roofing materials clearly explained. I have collected a few estimates and the one provided by Edi was fair enough - needless to say that the other guy tried to charge me twice more for the same materials and job. The work has been scheduled on one day after signing proposal. Project manager Lagys organized the work of 10 people crew very efficiently and the whole job has been completed on the second day. Lagys took time to show me all the details of the finished work and made sure all has been done to my satisfaction. The property has been carefully cleaned up and all the garage left from the old roof has been removed. Nice job - five stars! Iwill definitely work with Seci Construction Inc. for my future projects.

Full roof replacement. This company is thorough and clean after themselves. Due to all of the hammering, we had a couple of nails popping through our ceiling. They were repaired and repainted immediately.

Seci construction was a great choice for my home they were fast, efficient and polite! They were constantly communicating through out the process and the job was completed on the day they promised. Everything was beautiful and cleaned after the job was completed very professional highly recommend! Florian and Cobra Were excellent! Florian was here everyday untill the job was completed as project manager he made sure everything went smooth

Although I’ve already written a superb review of SECI, I think a follow up is in order, having lived with the roof they rebuilt in the summer of 2024. We have an antique house, with an 18th century foundation that was rebuilt in 1880, and then added on and updated in the 1960’s. What we thought was going to be a change of asphalt shingles turned out to be a major overhaul as the previous roofer had not removed the original wood shingles and they and the rafters underneath had rotted and also ruined the insulation. So essentially SECI rebuilt the roof, removing all rotten materials, installing good and new insulation, and making sister rafters (doubling) for the old ones, as well as new premium GAF TImberline HDz asphalt shingles. We also replaced 11 Skylights.Over the almost 18 months since completion, we have had a much more silent, solid house. Cooler in the hottest days of summer, and cozy and warm today in the coldest day in years. We had assumed that “this old house” was subject to drafts and exterior noise. WRONG! SECI has changed not just the exterior appearance of our house for the better but also markedly improved the quality of our lives. I might add that all their workmen were courteous, polite, respectful, and took care for us to have the least inconvenience during a major construction project. The manager Cobra and construction supervisor Manny were always courteous at our beck and call-and have remained so for any questions.
