I don't usually write reviews, but I had such a great experience with Seci Construction that I wanted to share it. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, honest, and detail-oriented. Jimmy earned our trust from the very beginning by patiently explaining the project, helping us choose the right materials and colors, and never pressuring us. Although Seci wasn't the lowest bidder, their 50+ years of experience and Jimmy's professionalism made the decision easy. After the old siding was removed, Edi thoroughly inspected the house, while Rob clearly explained the repair options and pricing for the additional work.During the six-day installation, Manny kept the project running smoothly, and Klaudio made sure every detail we requested was completed exactly as promised. The crew arrived on time every day, cleaned up the job site before leaving, and even repaired the small drywall damage caused during the project so well that you can't tell it was ever there. I stayed home throughout the project and watched the work closely, and I was consistently impressed by the quality and craftsmanship. I highly recommend Seci Construction and want to thank Jimmy, Edi, Rob, Manny, Klaudio, and the entire team for an outstanding job.

Originally, we were quoted a very fair price for roofing tiles, tear off and replacement.As the project proceeded, it was discovered that our entire roof was in extremely poor condition, and needed to be completely replaced, including some of the rafters and damage to the underlying structure, including chimney rebuilding.This was all thoroughly documented, including many photos, which were shown to us, and the updated contract was explained very thoroughly to us before we approved the necessary work.The worker was performed very expertly and efficiently, with the Crew Paying precise attention to the smallest detail, and in some cases going over and above the basic requirements of the contract.The crew was extremely polite and friendly, and spent several extremely long days, completing the project and did an absolutely brilliant job, including cleanup.I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering this type of work.

We had our roof replaced today. The supervisor, Remi, was here 45 minutes before the rest of the crew got here, which was amazing. He kept us informed throughout the entire process. He and his team were awesome. When they left, it was like they were never here, except for the new roof. Every drop was cleaned up!! Highly recommend!!

SECI Construction Inc. just completed roof and gutters installation on my property. First of all - the estimation process done by Edi was smooth and painless, differences between different roofing materials clearly explained. I have collected a few estimates and the one provided by Edi was fair enough - needless to say that the other guy tried to charge me twice more for the same materials and job. The work has been scheduled on one day after signing proposal. Project manager Lagys organized the work of 10 people crew very efficiently and the whole job has been completed on the second day. Lagys took time to show me all the details of the finished work and made sure all has been done to my satisfaction. The property has been carefully cleaned up and all the garage left from the old roof has been removed. Nice job - five stars! Iwill definitely work with Seci Construction Inc. for my future projects.

They showed up when they said they would and got the job done right.One of the owners, Achilles, personally came to explain everything clearly to me and my husband. He made promises—and more importantly, he delivered on every single one. I have honestly never seen such a fast and professional response from any contractor.Achilles is a wonderful person, and his leadership truly showed during this stressful situation. The entire crew worked incredibly hard and were always respectful and professional.What impressed me the most was how they handled the emergency.
